I'm compelled to augment the schedule section of this (excellent) post.

5:00 -- Daddy comes home. Makes total fool of himself greeting babies after lousy day at the office.

5:20 -- Daddy still babbling and eating babies' toes.

6:30 -- Daddy wakes babies up for feeding by threatening to eat their toes.

7:00-7:45 -- "Space Baby" and assisted bipedal wobbling on Daddy's beer gut.

7:45-8:15 -- Watch television on Daddy-Lounger.

Hey Megan. All I can is CONSISTENCY. I don't believe in extensive crying it out so we just had to stick with the routine day after day after day. For the first three months, I just focused on creating good bedtime/naptime habits but didn't stress about getting any type of set schedule down. Oh, and if one slept or ate, the other one did too. Then, magically, at 12 weeks, they just "let me know" their routine. It was weird. So, like I said, I just embraced it and now it's much easier. If you want to email me, drop me a line at twomakesfour at gmail dot com and we can chat. Glad to have you join in with an ID twins blog too!

Sounds like the girls are doing so wonderful! Boy are they getting more adorable with every post! I'm jealous of your routine! We don't have one at all. Today the boys did not nap. At all, from when they woke up, until when they went to bed. Any tips for establishing nap times?

Bahahaha...that picture of your LO in the baby carried totally passed out asleep is PRICELESS. Too cute for words.

Your schedule sounds very much like the one my girls have and have had for some time. Of course, there are always days when they get thrown off here or there, but it's been pretty much routine since we got them settled after the NICU.
