Whose Baby Slept Seven Hours Last Night?

Our baby slept seven hours last night!

Elise slept from 9pm – 4am. Althea slept from 11pm – 4am. I stupidly ate onions on a totally delicious burger from Five Guys yesterday. Althea especially does NOT like onions with her breast milk, so she got to bed later than Elise.

When they started freaking out at 4am, I stirred awake horribly engorged and totally confused — 4am.

Wait, 4am?!? What?!?

“It’s 4am,” Chris muttered.

It’s 4am?!? Whaaaaaa???

The girls ate with a lion-like frenzy. I was so engorged, you could feel all the milk-filled nodes through my skin and I pumped almost 7 ounces AFTER they’d eaten and fallen asleep. 

Totally not counting on it tonight, but wow, what an accomplishment!
